DESCRIPTION:The Filipino American National Historical Society – Delano Chapter is hosting a summer academy to teach Philippine folk dances to students K-12 in Delano. the TENTATIVE program timeline is as follows: \n\nOpen classes and last minute sign-ups week of June 22\, 2026\nSign-up close. Official classes begin the week of June 28 through July 17\nSummer Recital\, Saturday\, July 18\, 2026\n\nWe are also looking for people ages 18+ (must be graduated from high school\, including class of 2026) who are interested in becoming instructors or assistant instructors for our summer academy (all potential instructors ages 18 and above welcome!) \nThis is a FREE summer program for both students and instructors. We will reach out in early June to confirm your participation and to provide additional details.
